A Utah Valley University graduate and Way Jay, UTnative Johnny does it all for MSI. From handling all of MSI’s financesand IT systems to event scoring and managing our satellitecommunications, ensuring that people all over the world can be a partof our competitions. Johnny takes part in all the elements, as he says: “-Earth – Mountain biking and cycling. His goal is to someday complete the LOTOJA Classic and the California Alps Death Ride. -Water – He enjoys riding both party planks (skis)and the snow stick (board.) Just finished building my very own homemadesplit board (with the help from those cool dudes at Voile.) He plans ontouring my tail off around the Wasatch. -Wind – About 10 years ago he began working on myprivate pilot’s license. Took ground school and logged a few hours inthe air. One day, he will finish what I have started. After that Iplan on flying our athletes to location in style. -Fire – Johnny is known to extinguish sketchy situations on the regular." On the family side of things, Johnny and hisgirlfriend, in 2006, brought a beautiful chocolate lab into this worldand named her, Jasmine the Dog. They didn’t want Jasmine the Doggrowing up in a broken home so they got engaged up at the top of PowderCountry at Powder Mountain at the stroke of midnight on New Years 2009.Jasmine has since become a happier dog. Sometime later this year,Johnny and Jana will make it official somewhere on the red rocks ofSouthern Utah.
